Welcome to my new little spot on the internet. This is where I plan to post my attempt to create something special in the Sims 4. Right now, I'm just doing one legacy, but I might branch out.

The Dubois Legacy: This is a 10-Generation legacy that I kinda created myself. It works off the idea of a Rags to Riches challenge, stretching it to completion in 10 Generations. Each generation has a goal to meet in order to be considered a success. Not only that, but each generation will have a scandal taken from my very long Scandal List. 

Generation One: Winter Dubois
Down on her luck, Winter Dubois is given a second chance on some family land in Henford-on-Bagley. She must navigate a new life, starting from scratch, and find a way to prove she's worthy of going back to the financially stable arms of her parents. Can she do it? Will she want to return if given the chance?


Generation Goals:
End the generation with no more than $5000
Have a small house built consisting of at least 2BD and 1BA
Max the Gardening Skill
Must live off gardening and fishing
Partner/Spouse can only have a part-time job
Marry a premade townie
Have at least one child/heir
Complete the scandal: Partner cheats with sim of same gender

Dubios Legacy, Generation One: Winter Chapter One

  Generation One: Winter Dubois     Winter Dubois sighed as she surveyed the vast green land that was now hers. The last few weeks of her life had been a whirlwind. Winter dropped out of college after a horrible break up with her (now ex) boyfriend. After all she had given to him, he had the nerve to steal from her. Her spiral from the fall out had affected her grades and her mindset. She left college and tried to return home, but her family was not having it. In truth, Winter had always been a bit of a loser. She barely managed to graduate high school, never could hold a job for long, and was now a dropout.  “You need to learn responsibility,” her father had raged.  Her mother, a dreamer and eccentric, had a plan.
